RLV Services operates the website rlvservices.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell data, and we only use your information to do the work we're asked to do.

Information you send us

When you use our contact or quote forms we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), services of interest, and your message. We use these only to respond to you and, where you ask, to prepare proposals. Messages are stored in our management system and retained until the matter is resolved or you ask us to delete them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server logs capture basic technical data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location at the IP level) so we can keep the site working and understand how it's used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent any data to anyone.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie when you log into the management portal. The public website does not rely on tracking cookies.

Visit logs

To understand how the site is used and keep it healthy, we record basic visit information: pages viewed, approximate location (derived from your IP), browser type, and the referring page. These logs help us see which content is useful and are kept for 30 days, then automatically removed. We don't use advertising trackers to build profiles of visitors.

Administration audit trail

Changes made by staff inside the management portal are recorded in an audit log (what was changed, by whom, when, and from where). This protects client data by making account actions transparent. Entries are retained for 180 days.

Data you entrust to us as a client

Client content and data are treated as confidential. It's yours, stored securely, backed up, and exportable on request. We never use client data for marketing or share it with third parties except where a service you've chosen requires it (for example, a payment processor or hosting provider you've approved).

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and a human will help.
