Our story

That's the whole idea. RLV Services is owned and operated by Chris and Amy Routzahn, combining real technical expertise with warm, personal, approachable service.

Chris designs and builds reliable technology; Amy brings strong communication, organization, and a genuine ability to connect with people. Those complementary strengths are why clients get both capable technical work and a positive, straightforward experience.

Where the name comes from

RLV Services goes back further than this website. In the mid-1990s, Jeff and Vicki Routzahn opened a small consulting firm in Connersville, Indiana, specializing in manufacturing process improvements. The next generation grew up around that work — and while we know just about nothing about assembly lines, the values that kept that little firm going are the exact ones RLV Services runs on today: honesty, integrity, and family first.

He specializes in websites, applications, storefronts, management portals, and other practical technology, turning complicated requirements into systems that are secure, dependable, and easy for real people to use.

His approach is grounded in thoughtful engineering and honest recommendations — small businesses deserve professional-quality technology without inflated agency pricing or unnecessary complexity.

Amy is the people-focused side of RLV Services. Friendly, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, she makes sure clients feel heard, informed, and supported from the first conversation to long after launch.

Her natural ability to connect with people drives client communication, project coordination, follow-up, and day-to-day operations — bridging the gap between technical work and the people it's meant to serve.
